My name is Tomas Bulbenko, and I built a successful career, but I nearly broke my health in the process.
For years, I was a builder in the UK, focused on budgets, timelines, and profit. I achieved financial independence, but the stress was a silent tax on my wellbeing. I lost sight of the lessons from my first career—a degree in Health and Fitness and five years as a personal trainer helping others live vibrant lives.
My own health went into a steep decline. The long hours, constant pressure, and neglected habits led me to a crisis point: a hospital bed, facing a critical blood pressure reading that served as a stark warning.
In that moment, everything became clear. I realized that wealth is meaningless without health. I had been building beautiful structures for others while the foundation of my own life was crumbling.
It was my turning point.
I embarked on a profound personal journey, rebuilding my health from the ground up. I returned to my scientific roots, immersing myself in the latest research on sleep, nutrition, environmental toxins, and the psychology of wellbeing.
